About h9999 — Who We Are and Our Mission
h9999 is a safe, fast and entertaining online casino and betting platform built for players in Bangladesh — where every experience is designed with you in mind.
Our Story
h9999 was built with a simple but deep purpose — to bring a world-class online gaming experience to players in every corner of Bangladesh. Respecting the tastes, language, payment preferences and sports culture of the people of this country, we have built a platform that is truly Bangladesh's own.
Our team is made up of gaming experts, cybersecurity professionals and customer service specialists from around the world. They work tirelessly every day to make every session on h9999 smooth, safe and enjoyable for you. Our technology infrastructure is kept up to date at all times, and with every update we give the highest priority to player feedback.
"Our goal is not just to provide games — we want to create an environment where every player in Bangladesh feels welcome and protected."
People in Bangladesh love cricket with all their heart. From the BPL to the T20 World Cup, every match our Tigers play carries its own level of excitement. On h9999 you can enjoy that excitement even more intensely. Alongside that, our game library — spanning slots, live casino and virtual sports — grows richer every day.
On the topic of payments, we know how important bKash, Nagad and Rocket are to players in Bangladesh. That is why we have made all these familiar mobile banking methods fully accessible. You can start with a deposit of just ৳200 — and after winning, your money will reach your account in as little as 10 to 45 minutes.
We believe responsible gaming is the key to healthy entertainment. That is why h9999 always enforces a 21+ age limit, and our responsible gaming tools give players the opportunity to enjoy themselves while staying within their own limits at all times. Our 24/7 live chat support is available entirely in Bengali so you can get help quickly whenever you need it.
